“It looked pretty cool — to see all those bikes in a group.”


    That’s how local Court of Queen’s Bench sheriff Warren Miller described the sight of 68 bailiffs, sheriffs, city police, RCMP, prison guards, border control officers, wildlife officers and other South Saskatchewan law enforcement officers (as well as their friends) hopping on their motorbikes in Moose Jaw Thursday morning and spending the day convoying through Saskatchewan and Montana.


    It was all part of the annual Southern Saskatchewan Peace Officer’s Charity Motorcycle Run, which began at Moose Jaw’s RCMP station, travelled south into Montana and back up to the Friendly City in the evening.
