Am I the only one tired of bikers’ noise around the city?

Of course not, judging by the comments I hear continuously! But who is doing something about it? Apparently, the police can’t, alleging that the Motor Vehicle Act stipulates that tests only be given at idle (which allows the Hells Angels to tune their bikes so they can pass the test!).  READ ON
