The Busted Knuckle Chronicles does not issue refunds for subscriptions or advertising.
We issue credit notes only.
If an advertiser should cancel their advertising before their contract is complete, a cancelation penalty applies as follows:
If you are on a 48 week contract you get a 40% discount, if you only run 24 ads (20% discount) and cancel, you will be re-billed for the ads that have run to reflect the 20% difference. All cancelation requests must be provided in writing.
We are not responsible for ads forgotten in error – we extend contracts out when that situation arises.
