MILAN (Dow Jones)--Ducati Motor Holding SpA's main shareholder will likely choose a prospective buyer by next week with whom it will enter talks to sell its stake in the Italian premium motorcycle maker, a person familiar with the matter said Wednesday.

The person declined to identify the potential buyers who have shown interest in Ducati, but two other people close to the situation told Dow Jones Newswires last month that Volkswagen AG's (VOW.XE) Audi division was in the running. READ ON
