RIVERSIDE ROCK HARD RIDE HARD EVENT. For The Hair Massacure.

- Date June 16th-17th 2012.

- Location RIVERSIDE in St.Albert.

- Cancer Fundraiser involving both the community and Motosports enthusiasts.

- Our large compound is fenced and gated, perfect to contain the whole program.

- All makes and models are welcome, as this involves motorcyclists coming together for a great cause.

- The compound will be open to motorcycles only as well as walk in traffic.

Day 1 (Event admission is FREE) However there will be a Teddy Bear Drop Off.

- Motorcycle group ride 9-12 (a.m.) Ride Captain is Terry Evans. Terry is a Harley Rider and enthusiast.

Host of the Terry, Bill and Steve show on Edmonton`s K97 Rock station. He is very well known in the city and

the perfect rock celeb to join us. http://www.k97.fm/

- Following the ride return (12:00 p.m) The several BBQ`s will start. (All proceeds are for the Hairmassacure).

The Hairmassacure is the umbrella fundraising organization for the following. http://hairmassacure.com/

-Make a wish foundation

- Ronald McDonald house.

- Stollery sick children`s hospital.

- A large 40 x 24 foot covered mobile stage has been secured.

- The stage provides many advertising opportunities as it can be fully bannered for sponsors, as well as

providing ample room to place motorcycles, ATV s ect. on the stage wings to further display sponsor products.

The RIVERSIDE compound fencing is also a great place to display banners and advertising.

- Live music will begin at noon and continue until aprox. 10 p.m.

Day 2 (Event admission is FREE) However there will be a second Teddy Bear Drop Off.

- Day 2 Sunday June 17th/2012 will be carbon copy of day one with the exception of the day ending at 7:00 p.m.

Over the course of the two days the crowd will be entertained by aprox.14 of Edmonton`s finest Rock and Blues Bands.

Having personal involvement in both the motorcycle and music industry. The bands were very good about "DONATING"

their time for such a good cause. This is a huge added advertising value as these bands to book would normally charge

$1000-$5000 per band giving advertising sponsors an approximate $14000 to $50000 value.

As we just want to offset the stage costs, the sponsors industry related or community based companies are being offered

separate "PACKAGES" of stage time. Pricing will be based on time of day as top bands will appear later in the program. Also

the length of time can be negotiated. Stage will be fully bannered in the sponsor`s required design. We can customize each

package to maximize your exposure.

An example would be a motorcycle clothing manufacturer. As they would have the stage and captive motorcycle audience, the time

between bands. Aprox.(20 minute) turnovers could be used for a series of fashion shows displaying further the goods the sponsor

would like to feature. The show can be tailored to each and every individual sponsor.

Packages will be sold as:

1 Platinum package

2 Gold

4 Silver

Bronze (will involve side wing stage as well as compound banners.)

Each level will provide added value.

Other than off setting the stage with sound system, techs ect.

All monies raised through:

-Additional advertising.

-BBQ`s

-Donations

Will all go to The Hairmassacure.

A series of radio advertising, paper, multiple social media websites (www.barsnbands.com) will be the host website as they are connected with

all forms of entertainment, venues , bands. They are Edmonton`s entertainment source. The event page they are putting together for the event

with also be reflected in the individual "PACKAGES" as they will put up logos for each business, information and direct links to your companies

website. This is also fully customizable, as they can offer you several services other than just the ones we have chosen for the event.

Being a two day event, it will be billed as a "destination" ride for motorcycles of all brands. Local Hotels are putting together room packages for the

event. We are working with local businesses to be able to maximize the extra commerce the event would bring in for the weekend.

As this is the 1st Annual we hope to build this event into something special for the City Of St.Albert and local businesses.

We are still adding to the event to make sure everyone involved has a great time for a very special cause, and has a weekend they will make on their calendars

for years to come. Our first year partners will be the first called next year and have first priority on direct involvement.
