RCMP Cpl. Benjamin "Monty" Robinson will be sentenced on June 1.

The date was set Wednesday morning in New Westminster. The Mountie was found guilty of obstruction of justice last month in B.C. Supreme Court. The judge ruled he acted to mislead police when the offduty officer drank two shots of vodka following a 2008 crash that killed a South Delta man. READ ON
