Historical and natural sites in Madawaska Valley will be featured stops in the upcoming Ottawa Valley Motorcycle FAM tour, taking place May 31 to June 4.

For those five days, eight prominent female motorcycle journalists from Canada and the U.S. will be riding through various motorcycle routes in the Ottawa Valley area.

They will ride through Combermere, Barry's Bay and Wilno on June 2.

Lauren McIllfaterick, communications co-ordinator for the Ottawa Valley Tourist Association, said the association has been working for the past couple of years on promoting local motorcycle routes. http://www.barrysbaythisweek.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=3147640
