TORONTO -- The "quarterback" of a Hells Angels' drug-dealing operation was sentenced yesterday to the equivalent of an 11-year prison sentence.
Ken Wagner, 43, a founding member of the Niagara chapter of Hells Angels, was jailed by Justice John McMahon for directing three henchmen in delivering cocaine to a police agent who was a former Oshawa chapter member.
