Just a note for info: Quebec passed a law last fall that requires all vehicles to have snow tires installed from Nov 15 to March 15th. So guess what the cops are doing to the early bikers? Get ticked for not having winter rubber and impound the bike cause you don't pass the safety. Brilliant.
