Hells Angel Member Indicted On Federal Gun Charge

One of two Hells Angels acquitted in state court of attempted murder for a 2006 shooting at Custer State Park with rival bikers has been indicted on a federal gun violation.

U.S. Attorney Marty Jackley said Chad Wilson is charged with being a nonimmigrant alien in possession of a firearm.
