Off-Road Riders Association hosts Drive-to-Ride event

A sold-out crowd of over 100 enthusiastic off-road motorcycle riders and their families marked the formal launch recently of the Nova Scotia Off-Road Riders Association (NSORRA) event schedule and 2009 membership drive.

The Association’s inaugural trail ride and demonstration event was held Saturday, Oct. 18 on private property in Falmouth. Drive-to-Ride showcased off-road motorcycling as a fun, family-friendly sport and highlighted the role of the association in safety and skills training, environmental awareness and strengthening the motorcycling community in Nova Scotia.
