Motorcyclist dies after hitting culvert
A motorcycle crash on Genoa Bay Road has claimed the life of a 43-year-old Nanaimo man.
The incident occurred at 12:40 p.m. Sunday when the man, travelling in the 5700-block of Genoa Bay Road with a pair of other motorcyclists, lost control of his bike, went off the road and crashed into a culvert.
North Cowichan/ Duncan RCMP Cpl. Kevin Day said the man was later pronounced dead at Cowichan District Hospital as a result of "severe head and internal injuries." To read the rest of the article: http://www.canada.com/Motorcyclist+dies+after+hitting+culvert/3158806/story.html
