Motorcycle driver injured in collision
A 53-year-old male was brought to the hospital with minor injuries after his motorcycle was struck by a car on Eighth Street East Tuesday morning.
The female driver of the car, 28, was turning left onto Eighth Street from McKercher Drive and failed to yield to oncoming traffic, striking the northbound motorcycle.
Police have charged the car’s driver under the Traffic Safety Act.
