The trial against an off duty Mountie involved in a fatal road accident has yet to begin and a great injustice has already been carried out.

Corporal Benjamin Monty Robinson is scheduled to be in Surrey Provincial Court Dec. 8 to face the charge of obstructing justice after his Jeep allegedly collided with the motorcycle ridden by 21-year-old Orion Hutchinson of Tsawwassen. The incident happened in late October of 2008 on a quiet residential street.
