In response to recent complaints from neighbours over early morning racket coming from the track, the County of Warner Council gave first reading to a noise control bylaw in October. The proposed legislation pertains not only to noise at the track, but to barking dogs and agricultural activities that might fall outside of the normal range, and other possible infractions. The bylaw was on Monday’s council agenda for further discussion and possible second reading, but LMC’s offer of more neighbourly running times sent the bylaw back for amendments.
