EDMONTON -- Three drug dealers, including a full-patch member of the Hells Angels, were sent to prison yesterday for their part in a cocaine trafficking conspiracy. Outlaw biker John Reginald Alcantara, 36 -- described by Court of Queen's Bench Justice Doreen Sulyma as the "head of the conspiracy" -- was given a 14-year sentence.
