Former biker admitted to police that he killed a manA former member of the Hells Angels was paid $3 million and given immunity, in exchange for acting as a witness for Quebec provincial police, a Radio-Canada investigation has discovered. The information Sylvain Boulanger gave to police led to more than 150 arrests during Operation SharQc in 2009.
