NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A bill to include motorcycles in the state's "lemon law" for defective vehicles is advancing in the Tennessee House. The measure sponsored by Republican Rep. Vince Dean of East Ridge would give owners of new motorcycles the same rights as those who have cars and trucks that don't perform properly.
