CMC Saskitoba Meet & Greet

The Following is information on the upcoming Meet & Greet in Russell Manitoba on the September long weekend. Judy "Thistledown" Brown from CMC 082 Brandon has given me information on accommodations in Russell.

I have talked to the Russell Inn and have held 15 rooms (suites and regular rooms) and the Jolly Lodger has 12 rooms available for that weekend (all under the name of the Canadian Motorcycle Cruisers). If we book 10+ rooms at the Russell Inn we can have the hospitality room for free, and if we take 15+ rooms they will also supply karaoke and guitar hero for free. The hospitality room can be arranged with a cash bar if we want it, we are not allowed to bring in our own liquor. The room prices are between $95.00/night and $125.00/night (suites).

The Jolly Lodger is a Motel with outside entrances and the rooms are $78.00/night.

There is also a B & B in town, but I do not have info. on them.

I need to contact the manager of  the Russell Inn & the Jolly Lodger by Monday (August 10) with an approximate room count. She will hold all rooms for up to two weeks if we needed. After I contact her I will send out more info. to all of you, so you can then book your rooms. I am planning on staying at the Russell Inn and will be leaving Regina Saturday (Sept. 5) first thing in the morning and need to return to Regina for Sunday evening, however the rooms are available from Friday (Sept. 4) to Monday (Sept. 7).

Please let me know prior to Monday (August 10) if you intending on going and how many rooms you need.
