Next Saturday, July 21, is the fourth annual Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway of Valor Tribute Ride (police escorted) on Route 38 from Owego in Tioga County to the northernmost end of Route 38 at Sterling. The riders will proceed to the Hannibal American Legion Prior-Stock Post No. 1552 at 226 Rochester St., Hannibal, for food and entertainment.  READ ON
