SASKATOON — A 28-year-old man has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample after a car/motorcycle collision Sunday.
Police responded to a call about an accident at about 8:55 p.m.
A 47-year-old man, who was driving the motorcycle, received serious leg injuries, according to a police release.
