After 10 years of publishing the Busted Knuckle Chronicles we feel like we have finally grown up!
Why do we feel that way?
Well, for the first time in our publication’s history we have received a grant from the Federal Government that puts us on a level playing field with the other
publications in Canadian Motorcycle Media. This grant is huge for us! It means new apps for the news, new components and tools to make our site better, faster, easier to use!
I am so excited, honored, humbled. It’s taken a long tome to get here, but here we are!
Watch for some more huge changes coming to our web site over the next while as we now have the funding to hire more people to work with us towards the creation of the BEST Canadian Motorcycle Newspaper & Web Site!!!!!
I am also thrilled to announce that we are putting together a motorcycle tourism map that will support the communities of Northeastern Alberta and all of the motorcycle events in that region – the second print of our 2012 phone book will have at the minimum 4 touring maps and perhaps as high as 6!
It appears that more and more communities understand the benefits of working with and marketing to riders!
I want to thank Bob Ross of Two Hills and Diane & Les from the Howlin’ Coyote in Vilna for inviting me to their respective communities to speak about motorcycle tourism!
Yes folks, it feels wonderful to have so many communities recognizing the importance that the motorcycle community represents to tourism!
Until next week I am your editor,
