It wasn't hard to spot a group of more than 300 motorcyclists riding around the city wearing bright colours Saturday, and that was exactly the point.
As part of the local Motorcycle Awareness Campaign, riders wore highlighter-green and orange T-shirts with the message "Can you see me now?" printed on the back.
Organizer Chris Hillman said the idea for the ride has been around for a while, but with the rise in reported motorcycle collisions this year, it was time to do something. The goal was to have a visual impact on motorists not only Saturday, but every day. READ ON
