A Saskatoon man who injured a motorcycle driver because he was fiddling with his car stereo instead of watching the road has been ordered to serve a 30-day intermittent jail term after pleading guilty to dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
Michael Anthony Pesenti, 41, received the sentence - which will be served on weekends starting June 29 - under a joint submission from the Crown and defence following a short hearing Friday in Court of Queen's Bench. READ ON
