PARKERSBURG - Organizers and tourism promoters hope to draw 5,000 people to the expanded 2012 Thunder Road Madness Motorcycle Rally scheduled for June 1-3.

Patsy Hardy, an owner and operator of S&P Harley-Davidson in Williamstown, and Steve Nicely, president of the Greater Parkersburg Convention and Visitors Bureau, have asked the Wood County Commission for financial help.
