Route Map for 1st Annual Lloydminster Toy Run

Here are 2 links you can click on for the route I have planned for the Lloydminster Toy Run or see the attached pictures. The short route is in case we have bad weather we don't want the toys destroyed if you strap them to your scoot.

We are just one week away. Sept. 10th, 2011

I'm really looking forward to this run. I can see that we will make a lot of kids happy this Christmas. Come out and join us even if you can't ride.

Starting at 10:00 am we will have a meet and greet and registration.

Pre-ride meeting @ 12:30

1:00 we ride out

3:00 we return for the ride and shine (this is not a competition) Park your ride for all to see.

7:00 Cabaret @ The Kooler Ernie has secured One Cent Melon to play our favourite songs.

Come out and join us. Bring a friend. This is open to ALL makes and models of motorcycles.

Enjoy a day of Steel and Rubber. There will be a BBQ all day.

Hello everyone,

Well, the Toy Run is a BIG GO!!! Now we need your help. The greatest thing you can do for the Kids is to get the word out. Tell everyone you see. I do not have everybody's e-mail.

Check out our Facebook page "Bordertown HOG®" and also look for the 4 events around the Toy Run. We have an event for registration, one for the Toy Run, one event for the ride, and Shine, and one  more event for the after party (Cabaret) at the Kooler. Come join us.

First off will be the Registration for this event starting at 10:00 am in the Kooler parking lot. Ride on in and sign up for the Toy Run.

Second up is the Ride. It starts at 1:00 pm and goes till 3:00 pm.

Third up is the Ride in Shine. Start time is 3:00 pm. It is not a competition. It is just a bunch of bikes of all makes and models for all to see. And best of all, it is free. Bring a toy or financial donation for the Children's Christmas to be delegated out by the Salvation Army.

Fourth event is the Bike Night at the Kooler starting at 7:00 pm.

All of the toys and financial donations are going directly to the children to give them a Christmas this year.

Our needs: We may need a chase vehicle in case of a break down. If you have a truck and ramp or a truck and trailer and you are willing to follow along please let me know.

We also need as many volunteers as possible. Parking attendants for the ride in and during registration. People willing to run the BBQ (let me know when you can and what times.)

Thank you,
