A fatal crash on Highway 3 Friday morning.
Mounties say it happened around 6am about five kilometres east of Princeton where an attempt at a left-turn on a motorcycle went wrong.
The bike headed into a gravel shoulder, and then crashed into a rock-filled ditch, sending the single rider to Princeton Regional Hospital.
Mounties say the 44 year old man from Hedley succumbed to his injuries about four hours after the crash.
The victim's name has not been released while police try to contact his family.
South Okanagan Traffic Services in Keremeos are continuing to investigate the crash. They're asking any witnesses to contact them at 250-499-2250.
