The United Steelworkers union has filed charges against management at Harley-Davidson Inc. over a decision to no longer allow workers at the company’s Menomonee Falls plant to take smoke breaks outside the facility.
However, management at the Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer claims no change has been made to the policy and that employees continue to be permitted to smoke outside the Menomonee Falls plant.
